Privacy Policy

Event hosts (clients). When you submit an intake form or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and event details. We also collect Stripe account identifiers when you connect for payouts.

Guests. When a guest submits a contribution form, we collect their name, email, phone number, relationship to the host, package selection, quantity, delivery address, and payment metadata from Stripe (such as checkout session ID).

Platform usage. We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request metadata for security and rate-limiting purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

Asoebi Assist does not collect, store, or have access to:

• Credit or debit card numbers
• Bank account numbers or routing information
• Social Security Numbers or government-issued IDs
• Stripe passwords or full banking credentials

All payment data is collected and held by Stripe, our payment processor. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

We use the data we collect to:

• Create and manage your event account
• Send activation emails and account-related notifications
• Display your event details and guest submissions in your dashboard
• Process guest orders and facilitate Stripe payouts
• Send guests payment reminders and order confirmation notifications
• Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Stripe — to process payments and manage connected accounts
• Supabase — our database provider, which stores platform data securely
• Resend — our email delivery provider, which sends transactional emails on our behalf
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or government authority

Guest submission data (name, email, phone, address, package selection) is visible to the event host through their dashboard. By submitting a contribution form, guests acknowledge that their details will be shared with the event host.

Event hosts are responsible for handling guest data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and must not use guest contact information for purposes unrelated to the event.

We retain account and event data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Guest submission data is retained for the duration of the event lifecycle and may be deleted upon request.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To make a data request, contact us at hello@asoebiassist.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and role-based access controls. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
