Terms of Service

Overview
Asoebi Assist provides a self-service platform that helps event hosts manage asoebi guest submissions, package selections, and guest payments. By using our platform — including submitting an intake form, creating an account, or opening a guest portal — you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to the self-service Guest Management product. Additional services (packaging, delivery, fabric sourcing, day-of coordination) are governed by a separate service agreement entered at the time of engagement.
Your Responsibilities as a Client
Package pricing accuracy. You are solely responsible for setting accurate prices for your asoebi packages. Asoebi Assist does not review or validate your pricing. Once guests begin placing orders, pricing may be locked to protect your guests.
Fulfillment and delivery. Unless you have separately contracted Asoebi Assist for packaging, delivery, or fabric sourcing services, you are solely responsible for sourcing, packaging, and delivering asoebi to your guests. Asoebi Assist is not liable for unfulfilled orders or delivery delays.
Accurate information. You are responsible for providing accurate event details, contact information, and guest-facing content (package descriptions, colour themes, guest notes). Misleading information may result in account suspension.
Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with unauthorised persons.
Platform Fee
Asoebi Assist charges a 5% platform fee on each guest payment processed through the platform. This fee is deducted from the guest transaction before your payout is calculated.
The platform fee covers payment infrastructure, Stripe integration, secure checkout hosting, and platform operations. It does not cover fulfillment, delivery, or any additional services unless separately agreed.
Payments and Payouts
Stripe. All guest payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By connecting a Stripe account, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Asoebi Assist does not store your bank account details, card information, or social security number — all such data is held by Stripe.
Payout timing.Payout timing is governed by Stripe's standard schedule for connected accounts. Asoebi Assist does not control when payouts are released and is not liable for delays caused by Stripe, bank processing, or verification requirements.
Disputes, refunds, and chargebacks. All guest payments made through the platform are final. If a guest initiates a dispute or chargeback with their card issuer, the resulting adjustment may affect your payout balance. Asoebi Assist reserves the right to recover disputed amounts from future payouts.
Platform Access
Asoebi Assist reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the platform if we reasonably believe that:
- You are using the platform in violation of these terms
- Your account is involved in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity
- There is a risk of financial harm to guests or to the platform
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspending access, except where immediate action is necessary to protect guests or platform integrity.
Limitation of Liability
Asoebi Assist is a software platform. We facilitate the collection of guest orders and the transfer of payments. We are not a party to the transaction between you and your guests regarding asoebi fulfillment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asoebi Assist's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the platform fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, unfulfilled orders, or guest dissatisfaction.
Additional Services
Services beyond self-service Guest Management — including packaging, delivery, fabric sourcing, and day-of coordination — require a separate consultation and service agreement. Schedule a consultation call →
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
